RATES: NOTE: We DO NOT raise our rates during PEAK SEASON or on weekends.
Suites with private baths rent for $95 per night, double occupancy, plus tax. Suites with semi-private baths rent for $85 per night, double occupancy, plus tax. Additional adults in the suite are $15 per person, per night. We DO NOT CHARGE for children under 18 staying in the same suite with their parents. Because this area is a snowmobile and ski destination, we require a two night minimum stay on winter weekends.
DEPOSITS:
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your suite, payable by credit card, or by cashier's check or money order made out to "Allegro Guest House". The balance is due and payable upon arrival, by credit card or cash. Last minute reservations are payable by credit card or cash.
YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
CANCELLATIONS:
We are not responsible for weather or trail conditions, and our intent is to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. If you need to cancel and give us at least seven days notice, we will refund your deposit in full. If cancellations are made with two to seven days notice, we will apply your deposit to rescheduled dates within a one year period. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time, your deposit will be forfeited.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you are running late of your stated arrival time, please keep in touch with us and we will be sure to hold your room. On busy weekends, there are many people looking for places to stay. By keeping in touch, we'll know you are still coming and you'll be sure to have a room when you get here.
NO SHOWS:
If you fail to honor your reservation, it is not fair to us nor to others looking for accommodations.
Your deposit will NOT be refunded.
NO-SMOKING POLICY:
New York law dictates that we have a smoke-free environment. There is NO SMOKING in the entire Allegro Guest House. When smoking outside, we appreciate your using designated containers for cigarette butts.
NO PETS:
While we love them, for the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the house.
